Terrible company. They are developing a massive co structuring project in West Byfleet town centre. I called to ask for information about work placements s my son is at the local college. The receptionist was TOTALLY unhelpful, refused to put me through to anyone who might be able to help. Talk about ZERO community engagement or support and yet they have the biggest construction project our town centre has ever seen.

From the head office receptionist to the RLO who should be fired or retired, what a shower !! One simple polite request as a resident asking why no updates and no work has been carried out for nearly 4mnths was met with rudeness/ignorance and lies by both the receptionist and the allotted RLO. I could not believe the total unprofessionalism from both of them speaking to me the way they did. Luckily my outgoing calls are all recorded and I can back up what I am typing. Unlucky for Higgins, I will now be recording the contractors constant & blatant breaches of H&S and working out of hours, as was the norm in the beginning, when the works restart. As a retired construction engineer it was very silly of those ladies to talk to people like that as you never who your talking to, and I can assure Higgin's I shall be very vigilant and pro active on this matter.

Terrible company, bought a new build and since the 9months I have been here all I have done is followup on repairs. Cutting down on costs for their profits and then lets not talk about the aftersales employees, rude ,rude, rude. Do your homework before you buy a new-build constructed by Higgins, totally overpriced and your time will inevitably be consumed to make sure they adhere to their NHBC responsibilities.

Awful company - didn’t finish our new build property to standard 10 years ago. We’ve been suffering the consequences ever since. Thanks for ruining 10 years of our lives

Terrible builder. I strongly suggest any new home buyer to avoid unless you are ready to go through the dragging NHBC process over years!
